responsibilities :
Preparing work environment for other employees
Installing and configuring hardware and software in the network
Assigning priorities and managing technical support tickets
Providing technical support for hardware and software
Installing and maintenance of AV systems
Implementing system and software updates from other developers, as well as automating this process
Maintenance of wired and wireless networks
Monitoring hardware in the network and the emergency power supply, as well as preventing possible outages
Preparing technical documentation and writer instruction manuals for users
Compliance with all standards, procedures, tests, and internal policies
requirements-expected :
You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
You are familiar with the administrative and practical usage of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems to a degree allowing you to diagnose and solve issues quickly
You are familiar with remote support solutions such as the SCCM and InTune tools
You are familiar with network- and IT security-related matters
Your command of English is conversational and allows you to read and write technical documentation
You are communicative, build relations easily, and are open to helping others
Are open to working from office during the training period
