IT System Training Specialist

As an IT System Training Specialist you will be responsible for providing training of our medical system to the new and existing clients as well as to internal stakeholders to spread the knowledge of the system. Your role will involve domestic and international delegations (frequency few times a year when there is a need for such training) to provide the training to our new customers such as hospital and clinic personnel: reception and administration, radiographers and radiologists as well as local IT teams. You will be responsible for coordinating all training activities, training materials and providing training itself. In addition to that you will be working closely with the product team to document all new features of the system, providing a demo of it to external clients and internal teams and ensuring that the documentation of the system’s new functionality is always up to date and communicated.
responsibilities :
Planning training sessions and organising all the details and communication with the clients
Preparing scripts and plans for the trainings
Preparing and configuring the system prior to the training
Conducting training of the system both theoretical and practical sessions with users
Taking ownership of the questions asked during training and ensuring the answers are provided to the users
Preparation and ownership of training materials: both written instructions and recorded training materials
Ensuring that materials and instructions are always up to date
Being up to date with each new functionalities in the system - updating materials after new functionalities, writing or recording instructions, performing demo for the clients and internal teams
Preparing demonstrations for new prospects or clients: assisting in setting up the environment, preparing data or presenting the system
Creating content for the newsletter to the clients regarding new system functionality and plans
Cross-training of new employees, showing the system, internal employee training
requirements-expected :
Excellent customer service skills, communication and presentation skills
Good analytical skills and ability to understand complex system workflows
Very well organised and independent
Fluent English oral and writing
Ability to write functional system documentation both in Polish and English language
Graduate with desire to work in IT company
Category B driving licence
Availability for domestic and international delegations (frequency few times a year depending on training needs)
