We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Admin to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering business value through hands-on declarative configuration on the Salesforce.com platform and ecosystem.
responsibilities :
Performing hands-on configuration tasks, including building objects, fields, flows, page layouts, lightning record pages, validation rules, and more
Translating user requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives
Collaborating with technical teams and integration systems to deliver integrated solutions across the business
Delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions on the Salesforce.com ecosystem, driving business value
Providing guidance and leadership to production support teams, ensuring timely resolution of break-fix issues
